There's no commitment here ever. You're free to book a single lesson and take it from there, completely at your own pace. No packages, no contracts, no pressure. Simply contact us to get started.
We try our best to accommodate our students' schedules and offer a range of lesson times to choose from. When you sign up for lessons, you will be able to select a time that works best for you.
To sign up for guitar lessons, simply visit guyguitarlessons.com and fill in the contact form. From there, we will contact you to answer all your questions and schedule a free first lesson.
Lessons are $75 per hour. I also offer multi-lesson packages at a discounted rate, contact me directly for current package pricing.
Guyguitarlessons.com offers both online and in-person guitar lessons. Please specify your preference when signing up for lessons.
If you're taking an in-person lesson, you should bring your own guitar to the lesson. If you don't have one yet, don't worry – we'll help you choose a suitable guitar for your needs.
Yes, you can choose the songs that you want to learn in your guitar lessons. We will work with you to identify your goals and help you choose music that is suitable for your skill level and interests.
Absolutely! I personally teach students from age 7 and up. Lessons are designed to be fun, encouraging, and age-appropriate so kids stay motivated and enjoy every step of the journey.
In-person lessons take place in Riverdale, New York and are great if you prefer face to face learning. Online lessons are conducted over video and are just as effective, students from anywhere can join. Both options follow the same personalized approach, so it really comes down to what's most convenient for you.
There's no rigid beginner or intermediate track. I sit with you, assess where you are, and teach exactly what you need in that moment. Every lesson is completely personalized, no preset curriculum, no labels, just focused one-on-one teaching tailored to you.
